Case was Reopened
Mine i130 was approved on 02/06/2024 but yesterday they reopened my case.
What is this & Now what????

@s s sometimes officers may forget to sign the form or attach some paperwork, so they have to reopen it and the status changes to case was reopened. hopefully it's not a big issue and it'll change to case was approved again for you.

this happen to me couple years ago..they denied my case 18 months later..not saying they will denied yours every case is different,and my case is a little complicated..but first they approve the i130 then reopen it..they 18 months later they denied my i130 and my I485. it’s been a year now since they denied it but I did an appeal nothing yet..I want to refile but I have been fighting this case for almost 12 years and no luck so I don’t know I spend too much money with uscis and lawyers..I just think the result going to be the same..denied denied denied…@s s good luck..
