my case was dismiss November 9th 2022 and I turned in the notice to USCIS with an info pass last Friday. waited a couple of months so everything can clear on both sides.

did they said you going to get a new interview date? my lawyer said for me they might just ask for new medical exams

i haven’t received my reopening letter yet. once I do I’m sure they will have intructions on what’s going to happen next.

@Baltimore 410 yes i130 approved i485 administratively closed due to removal proceedings they got dismissed November 9 2022 case got reopen February 3 and than February 6th 2023. I received a reopening letter.

can I ask why they put you in removal proceedings? did they deny your 485?

i been in removal proceedings since 2002 and they administravely closed my i485 also removal proceedings dismissed.

thank you but I’m not even sure I’ll receive an answer soon.. my officer told me I might have to sign a waiver since I overstayed my visa but I came to the US when I was very very little so i had no say in staying in my home country or coming here lol and 2019?? I hope you get some answers soon 😭

oh I’m not in removal proceedings, my officer said I’ll either get an approval soon or i just have to sign a waiver but I’m just trying to look into all outcomes lol but where do I check that? my USCIS account only says my case is being actively reviewed as of 02/16/23 @los men
