bro we are on the the page almost my case was closed on august 2019 and I just got my dismissal order last Friday.

my case was dismiss November 9th 2022 and I turned in the notice to USCIS with an info pass last Friday. waited a couple of months so everything can clear on both sides.

i haven’t received my reopening letter yet. once I do I’m sure they will have intructions on what’s going to happen next.

@Baltimore 410 yes i130 approved i485 administratively closed due to removal proceedings they got dismissed November 9 2022 case got reopen February 3 and than February 6th 2023. I received a reopening letter.

i been in removal proceedings since 2002 and they administravely closed my i485 also removal proceedings dismissed.
