Case Was Reopened
Hi everyone. We received a case update stating that my case and that of my spouse and son was reopened. This was after we submitted the medical RFE that was due on July 7th. Has anyone ever experienced this? What does it mean? We were never approved so wondering what they are reopening if it was still processing. Are they starting all over? just confused!
