if the letter says because they didn’t receive medical, I’m sure one of your options will be “motion to reopen” or “motion to reconsider” or appeal. I suggest you go for motion to reopen and reconsider jointly. My friend did same and they reopened the case and grean card approved

so if you mailed your medical and you still have your tracking to prove it was delivered, they have to reopen your case as it was an error on THEM not on you. they will happily reopen your case if it was an error on their part. they may however make you redo your medical if they can’t find it. just be sure you have the tracking number for proof you mailed it out to them. they can be so ridiculous sometimes. I’m sorry this happened to you but I believe it will be sorted out and you will get your approval! please keep us updated!!!

@favour 2023 if you're married to a usc you have a lawyer it's more likely your medical am pretty you're lawyer send all the documents they need in your application get your case reopen you be alright it just gonna takes a little more time

Good morning. My best option here is to quickly refile your case. That letter will state that you need to submit the work permit/travel document and leave the country within 33 days. Appealing the case will only cost you and it is not a sure thing. I know it is costly, but it will worth it. I am talking from experience. I was in your shoe a year ago.

@Alex Rodriguez I am still waiting to receive the denial notice in mail. I will surely do that but I guess it's because of my medical rfe which I sent since 05/24/2023 through USPS and was delivered the next day. May be they didn't see it because it wasn't updated on my account till the denial.

I was given an option to file for (i-290b ) motion to open and reconsider my case if I believe the decision was wrongfully made.

@favour 2023 I filed the i-290 B where I jointly did motion to reopen and to reconsider. And carefully responded to what they sent in the letter and attached evidence. in 60 days they reopened the case

@ F B @ E.C.B my immigration surgeon ask me to come and collect another medical report today 10/23/2023, after which I will proceed to my attorney's office to complete the form i-290b and motion to reppen/ reconsider. My case is at NY field office, am planning to take it there myself and deliver by hand.

@favour 2023 yes file a motion to reopen/reconsider. you have the evidence that you did infact respond so it’s an error on their end. I hate that they did that to you. but I’m sure they will fix it since it was there fault

I have not gotten any receipt notice and it's been 3 weeks I sent it
