@Bhavesh Roopram @nhu nguyen after my husband uploaded the naturalization cert and cover letter he called uscic to make sure they see it. Then after 28 days my husband called them again for an update, they said it was approved. The case was approved the same day. Our pd is Aug 2022.

@Maria Chong when was ur upgrade done? Are you in the US or out ? which country are you from ?

@masroor ahmad It's a letter where you say that you used to be lpr, and now you're a usc and that you would like to upgrade your case. Google "cover letter to upgrade lpr to usc uscis" It will give you examples, look for the one that fits your case. Did you call uscis and requested the upgrade?

@masroor ahmad hm.. then I'm not sure why it's taking so long for the to upgrade. We uploaded everything online, they told us that it will be upgraded in 30 days and it was. Has uscis received everything? I hope you sent a copy of naturalization certificate, not the original.
