case under review- MSC receipt
today i was chatting with Emma and I was told that my case is under review and no documents are needed at this time and the case is at NBC. my case has always been at NBC. i applied in july 23 and then dates retrogressed but I am current from
jan 24. eb1A with priority date dec 17. my case never went to CRP. is that a standard from Emma? or does it mean anything

the approvals are so random. i am tired of checking status every few minutes.my status is case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

I am on the same spot. Applied for AOS in Jul 23, PD Jan 2018. EB1A India. I got medical RFE which I responded to in early Dec but no progress since. I’m hoping this moves by March but who knows!

@R Btz I think it’s a standard response, i have heard the same from Emma. it’s tiring. I’m in the exact same scenario like you. applied July 18, no CRP. I hope we all hear something soon.
