same thing happened to me , TSC to my local field office

I was just about to make a post about this. I called USCIS about our case on Friday and was told that it was still at NBC and when it’s ready for interview and final decision it gets transferred to the local field office. The lady told me this is absolutely normal. All the pre-checks and investigations happen at NBC. There have recently been added new checklist items due to the new president. So to answer your question - yes, that’s normal.

@Hana I I had to Contact uscis to find this info, I was not notified of the transfer
