@J A so…it means case transferred is better? And will it change to case transferred when visa is available?

cases being transferred is just part of the process it goes to NBC then it goes to service centers for interview

No one can say but at CRP you are almost at the end of the process

CRP generally means you are more closer to the end. however they can still issue RFE etc. Case trasferred to another office is just a step in the processing and can take months for next step.
