Case transferred to SA
My Priority date is May 2023, EB2 NIW
Filed 485 in October 2024
Got current in March 2025
Talked to Emma today and the agent said my case got transferred to San Antonio on 3/24/2025.
Anyone with experience with this field office? When can I expect to have a decision?

no one can say. if anything, be happy that it gets move to FO. I believe you will get update within days or 2 months

@Thomas Tran you go to the uscis website, click on the chatbox with emma, and just click on connect with a live agent. they will ask you to provide some personal information so you do that and ask directly: where is my case now

Just want to update everyone that today my case was approved. Three weeks after transfer to San Antonio Field Office
