Case transferred to New York field office
Spoke with an agent who said my case was transferred to the local field office. Anyone have experience with this? does approval usually come from the field office?

@Sid same here , talked to an agent yesterday, they transferred my case from NBC to PHILADELPHIA DISTRICT OFFICE, ( nothing change ,keep showing * biometric were taken” )

they always say bs they told me same even they said interview waived but notting happening and I checked with 10 different agents almost some of them gives different information they are so busy men they re so confused they don’t know what they re doing lol 😂😂

@Lala z at least theirs movement. I’d rather have it at the field office than NBC. Evey case goes to NBC. The case load must be crazy

@Sid Yes approvals come from field offices, but the notice will still come from the service center.

@Harjinder singh yea I got one last year may for financials but nothing else. I submitted everything all together including my medical
