Case transferred to Chicago FO. Any recent updates?
Hello All,
I just had a chat with Emma. An officer there said my interview was waived and my case was transferred to Chicago Field Office on 5/24/23. What’s their usual time to approve? Can you please share your experiences with Chicago FO? #ChicagoFieldOffice #I485

I was told my interview was waived since 04/13/2023.

I was told my interview was waived on 4/15/23 none of the Emma agents mentioned about it till date. my PD is 4/13.

@K W 🇹🇹 i asked just now and and agent told me she doesn't have the authority to tell me if my interview is waived and they didn't give any timeframe on when my interview would be scheduled ☹️ i guess i will have an interview
