case transferred
Hello. My I-485 case was at the National Benefits Center (NBC) with a note that no interview was required. Then it was transferred to the San Francisco Field Office, even though I live in a different state.
Today I noticed a silent update, and when I contacted a live agent, they told me that my case has been transferred back to the NBC and that no documents are currently required from me.
Could you please clarify what this might mean and what stage my case is at now? pd 9/2023
