Case transferred
How do I find out if my case is still at the same Service Center as it says on the receipt notice or if it has been transferred?
Do I have to talk to a live agent? Can I do that or does the petitioner have to do it?
I saw a few people saying they asked Emma but I don’t get any info if I just ask her 😅maybe I ask the wrong questions

the only way I could check to see what service center had my cases was to do a live chat with an agent or call the uscis. I could not get ask Emma to tell me

@Lena S. All this time I thought my case was at Potomac. I spoke to a live agent two days ago and she told me that my case is at California. I never would have known. She said they don't send out transfer notifications.
