Case transferred 🙄 18 months
Today I chatted with a live agent through ask emma. and they say there’s no updates… the only thing that happened was that my case was transferred from the Texas service center to the California service center on february 27th, exactly the day we got that email saying they took action on our case but there was noooo updates at all. If i didn’t ask this i wouldn’t know… i just still don’t know if something changes when they do this…
so tired.

@Glory k you go to the USCIS website and you search for a little box at the top right (on your phone is better, i couldn’t find it from my computer) and that little box says: need help? ask Emma.
