Alex brown Apr 21, 2024
Then I think they waived your interview.What kind of RFE did you get ?
Danish JosephApr 21, 2024
@Alex brown if that’s the case then it’s positive news to my case right?
Alex brown Apr 21, 2024
If your PD is current, you willl be approved soon. What kind of RFE did you get ?
Danish JosephApr 21, 2024
@Alex brown it was about i140 approval copy and current employment history like pay stub job offer and suppliment j. But there is a catch the uscis emma and call say they never received my rfe but i didn’t worry much about that because inside my rfe package there was suppliment j and they sent me suppliment j receipt notice which was received before my rfe deadline

Can you provide more information about the I-140 RFE?
Was it approved and you got an RFE? or did you try to change sponsor and they issued a RFE?
Danish JosephApr 23, 2024
@Felipe C my i140 was approved and i never tried to change my employer but they still need i 140 approval notice copy. This is unusual but they asked me!
F CApr 23, 2024
@Danish Joseph Yeah very unusual. But it’s better than a Interview. I hope this retrogression ends soon, so we can get our GC. My PD is Jun/21 and my employer fired almost everyone. I need to change my sponsor because in a case of a RFE I’ll have no issue.
Danish JosephApr 23, 2024
@Felipe C yeah i guess so!

@Felipe C I think your PD will be current in 10/2024
