Alex, I don't mean to be the party pooper but usually if a case is sent to the immigration court is after an immigration officier had a reason to deny the case. now, that doesn't mean you should stress out. we don't know your case, and it can be a lot more things. Omo's question shows a possibility for this to happen too. it can be nothing to worry about. if an officer said no, then you go to court, where the judge can say yes. but don't stress, or at least try not to, as there could be nothing to stress about. 🙂

if you don’t have a lawyer get one Bc your case going to immigration court means they are putting you in removal.so get a lawyer so you can adjust your status infront of the judge
