My I-485 has been transferred to the Orlando FO from NBC on Jan, 2024 interview was waived. I-130 approved on June 2023 PD Oct 2021 just waiting for the decision hopefully we get the approval soon 🙏

@Jesus Casas Wow! that's my FO too. My I-485 just got transferred from NBC too but my i130 hasn't been approved yet. Really praying for our approval soon.🙏🏽

@teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹 your case is still going to be in NBC, the transfer was done electronically from NBC to your Field Office for request for your Medical & any other supporting documents U have to prove your case. It's almost over. Soon U will be breathing relief. Hopefully, your I-130 & I-485 will both be approved same time.

@Jennie . This is incorrect, if the case was transferred to FO that's mean the FO will adjudicating the case not Service Center

@Jesus Casas my case was transferred from NBC to my Field Office, Queens, I was told my file was still at the NBC but case transferred electronically to my FO. After the field office processed, my approval came directly from Lee Summit, NBC.

@Jennie . This is correct because all approval letters should come from Service Center not FO but It doesn't mean the Service center adjudicated your case, your FO did Congratulations by the way 🍾

@teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹 I got tired of USCIS & I blacked out from them for a while. My I-130 & I-485 were both approved on the 30th of January. Infact, I got to know a day after.

@teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹 I have even received my Social Security Card, I am just waiting for the card itself. I am traveling early next month.

@Jennie . I received my social security card even before I got the work permit card. I had to do a service request and got it 50 days after approval 🙄
