My spous is from Yemen in the middleeast! My case was at Texas service center then transferred to Nebraska. This is for I-130. Here is a timeline if it helps anyone. Filing Date: I-130 01/22/2021 Approval of I-130 08/18/2022 NVC Case Creation: 08/22/2022 Documentarily Qualified: 02/22/2023 If it wasn’t for my expedite request i would’ve gotten my appointment date early 2024😭😭😭

I’m so over this petiton bs. They make it so difficult to help families unity its ridiculous! Shame on the government, this is us doing everything the legal way! It’s literally been 2 years and 8 months since i began petitioning. I havent seen my husband for 1 year and 8 months. My daughter is turning one and she hasnt seen her father. Shame on them.
