@Parth Sheladia only I-130 filed for some reason my lawyer said that I can only file for I-130 after I-130 approve I can file for I-485

@Rikh N As far as I know, if spouse is in US then you can file I-485 adjustment of status along with Form I-130.

I got this massage months ago. and my children are not approved yet. They are still at overseas. I’m very frustrated, may God give me strength because is past 3 years ago

@F lh try to contact your state senator I contacted mine and after 2 weeks I got approved.
