Suit going as expected. Federal Judge has ordered them to give me decision by 6th Dec

5 months since my AOS interview. I spoke to my lawyer and will be filing lawsuit soon.

Marcela, As an IOE-based case myself, I saw this trend among cases processed through ELIS. At my interview, I received verbal approval but was still given the ‘notice of interview results’ paper. Interview was still at scheduled days after the interview so I contacted USCIS online and was told to just wait. Case status was changed to ‘approved’ hours later. Key points here, my IO did say the system was experiencing issues and she’d be sure to post the approval once the system came back up. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for non IOE-based cases. @B A the interviewer told me she has approved a 2 years conditional GC for me, because my marriage was not up to 2 years then. she told me, she will finish the process that day. Here I am 3 months after without any new update.
