PD: Dec 2024 The status just changed to “case is still being processed” from “case was received”. Does this mean an approval is near?

no. it just means they have received it. mine was received 9 months ago

Mine was similar but I check my documents tab in that my I 130 approval notice was uploaded. Check your documents once
