Case Status After Aproval K1 Visa
Hello, my case was approved back in July and have not heard anything since..Does anyone know how long it takes for NVC to receive a case or how to find the case status ? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

did you check your case status on USCIS website? was your case already sent to NVC?

It says it was Approved on July 21st and it hasn't changed since then..

call USCIS and tell them to send your case at Nvc . when they will send your case online will change to sent to department of state

When approved by USCIS then need to wait 90 days from NVC, afterwards wait 2-3 weeks from embassy for interview.

keep calling department of state and ask them by email or website request to look up your case. I had not received any response after it was approved by USCIS. turned out I had to file action on an approved petition since there is an option in the application i130 establish a relationship with US Citizen/LPR filed by petitioner (Spouse/Parent/Child) there is a question which facilitates whether it would be sent to NVC or NBC. if you chose option "Yes" in the question "Has the beneficiary ever been in the US before" then it will not be forwarded to NVC. and you will need to submit an action on an approved petition application and pay fees and wait for them to approve it. sharing my experience.
