Case Returning to USCIS
I waited so long to get through this process just to restart the timer over again. Currently 2 months waiting for my case to return. Im just praying and hoping God can turn it around and I get a notification before 6 months 😕🙁

yes it was denied the CO thinks it should be revoked

so they return it to Uscis to be reviewed or either issue a NOIR or reaffirm it and send it back to the Consulate for another interview which can take 1-2 years

I am on the same case as yours . how long did your case last at uscis. the embassy said my case has been sent back to uscis but when I call uscis I was told my case is not there

@lil mea it take 6-12 months or more for a return your ceac will update once it is recieved at nvc and there will be a update on your uscis just keep checking after 6 months I would contact uscis
