You can ask EMMA Chat if your A-file was transferred to Texas, was reading on the USCIS website and the cases that have had interview and are waiting for a visa to be available they send it to Texas so as soon as a visa is available they approve the green card

if the file move to Texas its just a black hole even your file is ready. Just pray it dont get to Texas.

yes it was the normal practice before covid. now the texas Service centre is backlogged with cases it will go to NBC. If it goes to Texas than surely it will be a bad luck. If it transfer you will receive notice.
