Case Remains Pending
Please any one thoughts about what may be happening to my case. I filed I-485 in January 2023. My Case was changed to Case Remain Pending in April 2023 because visa number is not available. It's been 9 months of the pending status. My priority date is June 2022 and that means I am current and technically means visa number is available to me but I have not gotten any change of status since then.
