no visa is available

same status since las week. In addition, I got this message: “We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application”

@Tafi Fita @Enri MN it means that you should get a bottle of wine and wait till your final action date is current to get official approval and card in the mail. From experience, documentarily, you have been qualified and just waiting till it gets to your turn. Officially, there was no green card to be issued to you at the final stage, reason the case is pending. It is a good sign! Let me know how things go with you. Cheers

@Abraham's Seed ToP Hello. Do you believe that in this status it is still possible to schedule an interview? My case is the same, but only my i485 has updated. The main applicant remains as 'ref was send' (medical)

@Dan Chr Please share some detail if it's okay. I'm assuming your underlying petition has been approved and you're just waiting to adjust status. Why do you want to schedule another interview?

I did not do interview yet. My timeline was 11/29/22 pd 03/31/23 i140 approved 05/23/23 rfe medical 06/29/23 rfe medical response 10/22/23 case remains pending

@Enri MN I'm dependent. My husband is primary and his i485 is showing 'rfe was sent' (medical), nothing update.

@Dan Chr my wife and I sent the medicals when we filed our i485 in March 2023. We haven’t received a RFE.
