case remains pending
hi, has anyone been this situation where USCIS asked for RFE, after you send it your PD is not current. and status says case remains pending. there is no way, I can know that they received my RFE documents. What would you suggest to do at this moment?

the only way is to call uscis and ask if they received your rfe. I did the same last Friday. They said they received it 2 weeks ago, but they didn’t update any status yet

yes my status said RFE evidence asked or something. i responded to it but my case became pending and didn’t see any changes since last 60 days

@Anton Br how did you get chance to talk with live agent? what did u say? everything they don’t let me connect with live agent which is very frustrating

@j m call and say “reschedule interview” and then “interview”. You will be connected to an agent :)

and my status didn’t change in the app. sometimes they just don’t change the status
