case remains pending
Has anybody recently got approved after case remains pending? pd 10/2021 pd current since march no rfe no interview.

My priority date 10/05/21.
I sent a service request a week ago. I don't know if it will change anything, but I tried anyway. good luck everyone 🙌

It takes about 6-10 month (I believe) to get update regarding interview date after your case becomes current.

Has anyone here had their Priority Date changed? Mine was August 2021, and now it's August 2022. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what did you do?

@mj yun after 3 month of my PD current I received the update the interview was scheduled. maybe it will take something close to that

yeah, I think when your case was fingerprint..means your case was in background check, and under review.

Pd 09/2021, RFE medical received on 04/2025 and sent it back. after that still case remains pending. no interview

interview done december 2023, case status is CRP since September 2025. PD is Aug 2021. No update since then. praying that they will approve my case soon.
