case remain pending
Hello, has anyone received notification that their case remains pending because the visa number is not immediately available? My PD is in October 2022. I was hoping to get approved since I have seen people who get approved even if they are not current…
Does this mean that it's approved but not available to give to GC, or did they stop the processes?

Those who got GC approval without being current are at risk of GC rescind.

when did your case change to CRP? if it was a long time ago you may still get approved, if it was very recently it's not likely.

@salome k since July we are not current anymore but some people got approved since the case had already assigned visa , not sure if it is your case or my case . I have all approved , 140, EAD, parole , fingerprints done...

@lukarda . . I have all the rest approved as well, since earlier this year. my husband did the fingerprints end of June and me july 3rd (the filing is with my employer but for some reason he received all the approvals before me) . I filed the i485 in November, receipt date 11/15/23 and you?
