case processing trend
If you look at case processing trend in Lawfully for EB1C India, I see 8.33% approved of those applied in March. This looks incorrect.. If it is correct then it is bothering..
Can you guys also check whether you see the same?

I have not seen EB1C cases get approved lately. I am myself waiting with PD of Dec 2017. I am starting to believe that this is intentional step.

EB1C waiting with pd June-2014 filed on Oct 2023 no updateson Ead, ap or 485. If they have restrictions on India EB1 C approvals there was no reason to advance India by 6 months. Unsure about what is causing the delay

@S B absolutely! but your case is strange! Filed in Oct 2023 and no update even on EAD and AP? This is abnormal

@S B your case is strange because, I know many in EB1C India who filed in Dec2023 have got EAD and AP already approved and even got EAD card delivered. Only now waiting for i485

@G L yes no way to check about the abnormalities. When contacted emma, its always replied as case processing normally.

@G L Yes emma is of no help. The agents in emma are least helpful and give status as we see in online tool. Better to call helpdesk.. But ultimately no logic, assumptions, calculations, preductions work.. Only LUCK

well, mine is EB1C, PD 2016 filed in Dec 2022, 427 days and counting. Got EAD/AP. I see cases from May/ June 2023 getting approved. It’s pure luck !

@Gtm 001 You case is something very frustrating.. Several cases filed in 2023 are already approved. By the way, you applied in Oct 2022. When you got EAD and AP?

@G C I found your comment encouraging. If status is ‘ Case transferred to new office and new office has jurisdiction’ means case is being processed ans chances of approval soon is high. Hope thats what you meant

@G L - I got EAD/AP in Dec 2023. I also got a RFE for I-485 ( Medical Missing one of the Vaccination ) and responded back with new Medical records in Dec 2023. I was hoping to get to next steps by now, as almost 3 months is approaching for the RFE response and still no action. case is at SFO FO.
