Case outside processing time
Hey y’all.
I filed a self petition for VAWA in June of 2021 and my case hasn’t moved at all. According to the uscis website I will be able to open an inquiry after March. I was wondering if this is something I could do myself or if it would be better to ask for a lawyer’s help to see how I can help move my case.
I appreciate your input!

congressman or senator inquiry or laywer should help maybe send letter to them

Your lawyer can do the inquiry and if you have an online account with USCIS, you can use your case or receipt number to do the inquiry. However, you could wait a little more. I filed my Vawa in April of 2021 and it was approved August 2024.

filled may 2021 still waiting.just submitted a second RFE in December and on the premium I’m at number 5.

uscis is not answering my request the only thing they saying is unable to respond at this time I don’t know what to do
