I pray it happens for you after this long wait. However, those progress reports haven't been accurate so I won't bank on it. Mine went from 2weeks to decision in October, to "case is taking longer than expected to process." Was your case ever transferred? Is the petitioner a permanent resident? just wondering why it's taking this long for you

@april 2022 FOIA doesn't show anything. They will simply send back to U all your documents they have on U, that's all.

I requested my complete alien file from uscis https: // first. uscis. gov as an attempt to get my case moving. you don't need a reason. FOIA gave us a right to access our information just because we want. yes, most of the file was the paperwork that I submitted. But I also received documents prepared by uscis and learned some valuable insights about my case.
