Case out of proccesig time.
Hi everyone,
I have a question and would like to know if anyone else is in a similar situation.
My I-765 was approved about 1.3 years ago.
My I-131 was also approved around the same time.
However, my I-485 is still pending.
Details:
Priority Date: December 6, 2022 (which is currently current).
My case is with the National Benefits Center.
I haven’t received any updates or notifications from USCIS since July 2024 (1 year ago).
On May 28, 2025, I called USCIS and submitted an inquiry, but I still haven’t received any response.
I’m getting a bit concerned, especially since my priority date has been current for the past 4 months. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I am the exact same as you. December 6th 2022. submitted an inquiry may 14th. still nothing. I keep talking live chat and they say case last reviewed last week a few times but no idea what that means and if reviewed means every time I message them. no idea what’s going on

for me PD june 2022 485 is currently at Raleigh NC. non local FO since july 2024

it doesn’t mean its current it will be approved right away, there are a lot of factors to it like per country limits. Once a country goes beyond the 7% then you have to wait
