case now taking longer than expected :/
yeah the processing time changed to case taking longer than expected lol.. this is the third time this happens.. yeah don’t believe the estimated time for approval. it’s just there to give you false hope.. anyway, I’m awaiting the response from the senator and congressman and they placed inquires.. ridiculous

My lawyer told me to expect 18-24 months. Said this is the normal times.

@april 2022 these asses are crazy. But I’m on their backs. Contacted my senators and ombudsman office and they responded saying case is being reviewed by an immigration officer. Hopefully this month things will come to a close.

The processing time is a joke. mine was saying 4months, 6 months etc and the day before my approval it said 4months. Please don’t look at the processing time because it’s not accurate
