Case moved from NBC to Texas Service Center
My case was pending with NBC for 6 months. While checking with Emma today she said case moved to Texas Service Center recently. Anyone experienced such movement. Usually TSC won’t adjudicate EB1/2/3 cases.

Emma is known to be superbly unreliable , ask them 3-4 times before you can confirm the transfer to TSC.

checked with another agent. He said case with NBC. So I’m confused now.

@david K yes don’t trust Emma , I’m thinking of just stopping to call them. they provide zero value add. like the only thing you can ask them is case location, that also is unreliable. so what’s the point?
my case has bounced from FO to NBC , 3 times if I were to believe every Emma
