case migrated to ELIS
After 15 months of waiting, my I-140 status changed to “Case migrated to ELIS, and I was assigned a new case number, which shows a status of “USCIS is still processing case.”
Any, can someone help me understand the clear picture here: what will be the next steps

hello I’m assuming that you filed a paper based hence you are seeing this updated, in a sense it would mean the case officer added your case to the online database which could also mean they are actively reviewing your case so don’t be surprise if you get your approval soon
