@J S Bhaji tuhada case almost on last phase. Should not take more than two weeks from now. Whenever you count days, don’t count the weekends and public holidays. Just count the government working days. I suggest you to wait now, because calling them again and connecting them again won’t going to make any difference. NYC field office is one of the busiest places. Your turn is coming soon. just wait brother

@gabriel g since last week, this problem is going on with Emma. Even I try to chat to and live agent, I was not able to connect. Maybe their server is really down or intentionally. They just try to avoid connecting to people through live chat. Nobody knows.

I received RFE after a month that my case was transferred to F.O

@Mehmet S This field office is one of the fastest in California. Because I know someone whose case was transferred to this field office from national benefits center, and it was approved within 45 business days. I always try to tell people that whenever they count the days only count the business days, not the public holidays and the weekends. In your case you should be expecting it to be approved under 15 business days. Best of luck. we can only assume that they can do it in that time., Because that should be the normal processing days after it moved to field office. Hope for the best.
