case has been transferred
hello everybody, i filed my case over a 1000 days ago now and i got an approved I-140. finally yesterday i get an update on my case about it being tranferred to another center that has jurisdiction on it. i noticed that they tranferred my approved peterion along with it. is that usually fine. i didn’t get my notice in the mail yet but i think it has been tranferred to the NBC. in that case, can anybody who was in the same situation share with me how long it takes usually after the transfer to get the decision on it. my PD has been current for a while too. Thank you

1058 days is a lot. If USCIS will still play games, you can sue them for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

Try to reach out to a senator/congressman. It helps!
