case got approved today!
my question is… what’s next?? yesterday both of my cases (I-130 and I-485) got updated to actively reviewed.. today the I-130 got approved… does that mean the I-485 is approved also ?? or do I have to wait more for the I-485 tl get approved separately… PD: march 2022. FO Hartford CT…

@Maria I’m also In Hartford CT and submitted my application in July 2023. My I-485 also actively reviewing and yes it’s separately from I-130.

@Wesli Guzman hopefully they approve you soon.. it’s a very stressful waiting. I think it helped me a lot that I chat with a live agent about both cases

@Wesli Guzman because I felt like my cases was taking forever. so I asked the live agent about them and they say they were just waiting for the I-130 to be approved for the to send the notice… I really hope you hear from them soon. good luck.

my i-130 was approved last month. On the same day, my i-485 was being actively reviewed (again), but still no approval for the i-485

Los Angeles. According to Emma, the i-485 was reviewed and returned to NBC on the day my i-130 was approved. very strange
