CASE FINALLY APPROVED! Been one heck of a ride.
My case has been finally approved and Green Card is being produced. Sent in RFE and also had my biometrics rescheduled twice but it eventually worked out.

@q Sam I got my EAD in May and they sent me a notice on September 9th that my interview has been scheduled for October 7th.

@Rocco Forte I only had one interview. The first one is the 'interview is ready to be scheduled' notice you get after biometrics.

They said we forgot my spouse's birth certificate which I'm sure we didn't but we re-sent it anyway
