@Hifyberry ify , Writ of Mandamus won’t make your case worse, it will make your case gets decision real quick. However, provide USCIS what they required so that you won’t receive negative decision, just my opinion

@AUG 22 @Mr uscis blog thanks for your suggestions. I'm truly grateful. I'm getting all the evidences the requested and I will send it. If only my Attorney will respond to his email and calls but anyways I'm on it.

@hifyberry have you gotten the resolution to your case ? if not, don’t dismiss the Writ to mandamus. send USCIS the RFE, the mandamus lawsuit will make USCIS resolute your case quicker. mandamus will not make anything worst, don’t listen to Survivor P, talk to your lawyer instead.

@Hifyberry ify , you don’t need your attorney to respond, get all what they required, I wish you could get Psychological Report, and get letters concerning your emotional abuse from other people that knew about it, write a supporting letter(or cover letter) explaining the situation. when you sue to uscis , in most case they ask rfe , send everything they asked .
