how long after you submit a service motion to reopen your case with uscis does it usually take to get a response from them

mine son own reopen in 94 days but the I-290 one isn’t open or approved . but they reopened his case back in 94 days after submitting a I-290B . so in my case I don’t think they want it to go to a higher appeal so they reopen his case
