Depending on your denials reasons but i209B will need to be filed I see 9 out of 10 denial cases gets approved after appeal

I didn’t get notice of deny but I got RFE and I submitted everything they asked for including my divorce and doctor evaluation. which was 11month ago

me too it's hard denied on October 3rd and receive letter on 20 days before and have 33 days any lawyer take my case and my lawyer said nothing to do she said star again it's a lot of money and time, im sorry its very sad😞

o received prima facie every 6month for the whole years the application has been with them

yes I received the denied letter and they talk about contradiction of explanation and documents also with proof that i submitted.
