you can’t just apply for c14 with only approved i360. once you get approved for sijs you automatically get Deffered Action. that’s how you get the EAD.
try consulting a lawyer.

@Lucien J I don’t think so it’s regular i360 appoval notice. there was no deferred action shown

yes that’s the main reason they rejected the EAD c14. this gets a bit tricky. I would highly suggest you consult with an attorney to get the EAD. I’ve heard several people with the same case as you getting denied because they never received DA. check with an experienced lawyer how to get through this.

@sheik ferdous I’ve heard USCIS started sending DA for people who never received one since the court overturned the last restriction from this admin. it’s worth checking the updates and follow the news regarding this.

@sheik ferdous yes my one had denied same like you they denied me because I have applied c09 because my I 485 pending and also visa available and also I have no deferred action anymore.you should speak to you lawyer this time.
