my profile is UX designer, 10 years of experience, masters in the us in ux design, currently working in AI startup, jury in design awards association and won couple of design awards, few press about my work in the ai field. Ellis porter offered me full refund for 15k but i feel lost should i re apply with them or find another route since i will have to study again to maintain my status after losing my pd in this case

my rfe was challenging the secod part of the first prong since i was able to meet the first part of the first prong, and challenged the second and third prong. they mainly challenged my endeavor and not the importance of the field or industry. they stated that i didn’t indicate whether my proposed endeavor is separate or a part of my current work with the current us employer. finally they requested evidence that my endeavor has national importance in detail, and documentary evidence that supports my statements. as per my lawyer, I already submitted all of the above in the initial application and in the rfe response added more details about my endeavor and backed it up with my current and previous experiences
