Hi guys they said our two pieces of documents is not readable even though we also sent them with hard copies of those papers. too unfair they didn’t even check it or read.

don’t worry, just make sure you sent them all evidence with the appeal. your case will be reopen soon. I got my I-485 denied because they stated that me and my wife didn’t attended the interview but we never got a letter. we sent them a letter back explaining that to them but also filed motion to reopen and 2 weeks later they reopen the case. you got this 💪🏽

mine was just sent to BIA 03/2021 not court. I did prove in 2019 with documentation but was still denied.
