Case denied
After 524 days my case was denied on the grounds of lack of 2 criteria that were duly presented in the RFE. In the letter, the immigration official says that Motion is possible, but more lawyers believe that the best way is to reopen the process and imitated it from scratch. Anyone with a similar situation who can help me?

Sorry for bad news. Did you try premium processing? You got RFE and decision very fast than expected time period. How many publications and citations did you have when you applied? If you recently published papers and increased the citations, you can reopen the case with the help of lawyer. Or you can publish your pending research papers and demonstrate continuous progress in your research area or proposed projects to make the strong profile. Then you can also apply a new application with strong and solid profile and achievements. Good luck.
