Did you use an attorney for your case?
Дамир УахитJan 7, 2022
thank you guys for all of your comments, it means a lot! Later today I’ll write about my situation with a little more description
Дамир УахитJan 7, 2022
So here is my background. I’m professional in the field of jurisprudence, I’ve master degree and I speak 4 different languages. I’ve been working for international company which is engaged in the wholesale trade of ferrous and non-ferrous metal ores. So in a company I was a lawyer in international relationships field. The company is dealing with China and Russia mostly, but right now also works with other countries. I’ve been in China and Russia many times and I’ve had very successful deals. Other than that I have also my own business in my homeland which is Kazakhstan.
Дамир УахитJan 7, 2022
I’m not a scientist and I don’t have publications. So my lawyer said that I have a good background and I might be useful for USA
Дамир УахитJan 7, 2022
Here’re the papers which I sent as RFE:
Master degree
3 recommendation letters from China, Russia and Kazakhstan.
Statement
Membership in Kazakhstan legal consultants chamber
Recomendation letter from colleague(I helped her to make a deal with Michael Kors dealership)
also attached the interview which I gave to one of the Kazakhstan social media

all that and they still denied you?! that’s some complete BS! you definitely deserve it don’t feel less of yourself.
i pJan 8, 2022
you need at least 5-6 letters of recommendation. the letters also MUST be from US-based people. get a lawyer and reopen the case. good luck!
Дамир УахитJan 8, 2022
So about business plan, I didn’t have it. And my lawyer wasn’t really suggesting me to do it. But now I can see it’s one of the important thing. Is anybody have a good eb-2(NIW) lawyer ?
