I spoke with Emma few weeks ago and the agent told me that my case was at my field office. I called during that same week just to confirm what the live agent told me and she was actually correct.
what I don’t understand is that I called last week and the agent with whom I spoke with said my case was sent back to NBC because my interview was waived. it just not adding up to me

don’t trust Emma they see what you see they said mine that interview waived after 4 month I had interview

Usually NBC reviews your case, makes a recommendation (schedule for interview/ waive interview). the FO then reviews it and either schedule you or affirm interview to be waived. If waived case get sent back to NBC for final adjudication!
